The primary goal of this study is to develop a commodity-specific investment roadmap to boost the Halal industry in the Bangsamoro region. The objectives include identifying the supply chain of consumable halal food and animal products, conducting chemical content analyses, and compiling a list of accredited halal enterprises. Additionally, the project will collect secondary data related to halal products and certification to create a comprehensive guide for agricultural investment programming. The study also aims to identify constraints within the supply chain of selected halal food products in the region.
The project is poised to significantly enhance the Halal industry and contribute to the economic growth of the Bangsamoro region.
