The Bangsamoro Government’s Ministry of Science and Technology is glad to announce that applications for the Bangsamoro Assistance for Science Education (BASE) and BASE-MERIT Program for the calendar year 2025 are officially open.

MOST encourages all incoming first-year college students in the Bangsamoro region to apply and pursue courses in science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM), and other highly specialized fields. These scholarship programs aim to inspire and empower Bangsamoro youth to build rewarding careers in science and technology while ensuring a continuous supply of skilled S&T professionals to drive regional development and economic growth.

  2. Fill out the form, then scan and save it as a PDF file.

  2. Upload your completed application form along with the other required documents.

  1. Submit the printed documents to the nearest MOST Provincial Office. The contact information is provided in the link above.

Deadline: All applications and required documents must be submitted by March 31, 2025.
Examination Date: Scheduled for April 2025.
