The Bangsamoro Government’s Ministry of Science and Technology is officially releasing the top qualifiers of the Qualifying Examination held in May 2024 for the Bangsamoro Assistance for Science Education (BASE) and BASE-Merit Scholarship Programs.
BASE scholars will receive monthly allowance amounting to Php 8,000.00 and Php 20,000.00 for the BASE-Merit throughout their S & T academic journey.
We are glad to present the top qualifiers from each province, who are potential OFFICIAL GRANTEES. To ensure fair distribution, the top qualifiers from each province have been ranked. These passers must submit their certificates of enrollment indicating their S&T priority courses. If a candidate is not enrolled in one of the S&T priority courses set by the ministry, the next highest-ranking candidate will be chosen to confirm and receive the scholarship.
The confirmation requires the submission of a certificate of enrollment indicating the S&T priority courses. Please submit this certificate to the nearest PSTC Office or MOST Regional Office as soon as possible.
Additionally, if you have passed BOTH scholarship programs, you will be required to choose ONE. Our staff will contact all these passers for further instructions.
Reminder:
- The deadline for confirmation is on July 5, 2024.
- The scholarship programs will only offer 5 slots for BS Nursing and BS Civil Engineering per province. If you are not able to secure a slot for those particular courses, we advise you to choose another S & T course. Please confirm your participation as soon as possible. good luck!
