To all the 2023 Undergraduate Scholarship Examinees, please be reminded of your scheduled qualifying examination on March 18–19, 2023 at your designated Test Center.

What to bring:
- Test Permit
- Health Declaration Form (included in the permit)
- Signed Risk, Consent & Waiver Form (included in the permit)
- School ID / Any Valid ID
- Pencils (Mongol #2), eraser & sharpener
- Drinking water
Note:
- The test permit is downloadable at https://ugrad.science-scholarships.ph/ Kindly log in with your credentials.
- For those applicants who cannot open their downloaded test permit, please redownload it.
- Due to COVID-19, food and snacks are not allowed during the examination. You are advised to have a heavy meal before reporting to your test session.
- Wear a mask during the entire duration of the test (except when you have to drink water)
- Dress appropriately on Exam Day. No slippers, shorts, or undershirt (sando) allowed.
