Continues effort and assistance have been done to alleviate poverty and help the community. Through the BARMM Bangsamoro Regional Inclusive Development for Growth and Empowerment (BRIDGE)  and the Ministry of Science and Technology – Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao have turned-over a Water Refilling Station Projects for two cooperatives in Maguindanao. The two cooperatives who benefitted from these two projects were Dadtumeg Kalilintad Bridge Producers Cooperative and Pandan Tri-People Bridge Marketing Cooperative. The turn-over ceremony was held last July 1, 2019, in Brgy. Dadtumeg, Mother Kabuntalan and April 11, 2019, in Pandan, South Upi, Maguindanao. The ministry has turned-over complete package of water refilling equipment and facilities and labels for the bottled water for the operation of their respective enterprises.

The event was opened thru a ceremonial cutting of the ribbon led by Engr. Aida M. Silongan, minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology assisted by Deputy Minister Said Sheikh, Provincial Science and Technology Director of Maguindanao, a representative from the concerned local government units, Municipal BRIDGE Facilitators and visitors.

Members of the Pandan Tri-People Bridge Farmers Marketing Cooperative are composed of Indigenous People while Dadtumeg Kalilintad Bridge Producers Cooperative are farmers who are frequently affected by both natural and man-made calamities.

Aside from providing a livelihood to the beneficiaries, the project also addressed the ease access of safe drinking water to the community to prevent the occurrence of water-borne illnesses.

Since 2018, the ministry has turned over twenty-two (22) technology-based livelihood projects in the region where cooperatives have  benefitted on the said program.
